About Us

Maleka Investment Holdings (M.I.H) is an exciting innovative Greener property development entity that aims to play a significant role within the Social Housing, Student Res, Retail, Commercial and Industrial property market giving us a well diversified portfolio. MIH has identified opportunities to develop greener student residence in close proximity to universities as a solution to curb-out  the ongoing shortage of student accommodation supply. 

We intend to work with government institutes, private institutes and community members in order to attain one amicable objective. One of our greatest element that we incorporate in our buildings is the Greener feature, that boasts efficient lighting, green energy water heating, solar powered air conditioning, energy efficient appliances to mention a few. MIH mitigates risk by having long term leases with tenants that have positive profiles.
